Slated to open this Fall, The Azure Qiantang will mark the brand’s fifth hotel in China, joining the legendary Astor Hotel in Tianjin; Twelve at Hengshan and The Hongta Hotel in Shanghai, and The Royal Begonia, Sanya. Precious Blue Gem Unveiled in the ‘Paradise on Earth’ Situated along the Qiantang River,The Azure Qiantang was designed by renowned international architect Mr. Pierre-Yves Rochon, who was in turninspired by famous Tang Dynasty poet BaiJuyi’s“Beauty of the South” -- “At sunrise, river flowers redder than flame; In spring, river water the blue of azure”.
