Meditation Retreat 18th & 19th February 2012
This has been a very popular retreat at Guang Jue Temple situated in the peaceful surrounds of bamboo forested mountains. It is a week end retreat offering the opportunity to learn meditation within a Pure Land Buddhist tradition. Participants will learn basic breathing techniques, concentration skills, mindfulness as well as meditation in movement (Qigong). It is a great opportunity to get out of the big cities and find tranquillity and a new way of living.
The facilitator or this week end is Zhi Sheng (Malcolm Hunt), Buddhist teacher in the Pure Land tradition, Mindfulness Trainer and Retreat Facilitator at Guang Jue Temple.
Accommodation and vegetarian meals are provided.
